Warm-up- Spend 4 minutes working on the "couch stretch", or any other hip-opening stretches. Then, three minutes of 5 Air-squats, 5 Med-ball clean-pulls, 3 Burpees Workout- Five rounds for time of: 15 Medicine ball cleans, 20 pound ball 15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball Post time to comments. Posture and mood: A two-way street Parchment paper-wrapped salmon with sliced mango & calamansi juice

Quads were on fire for this one. Legs tight from yesterday's long run, but felt good to get the blood flowing and get a good stretch and foam roller work after wod.

I'll echo Aaron on that one. I had a pump going in my quads like I've never felt before. That was terrible.

By the way, many of us at GATR are taking the Marine Corps fitness test to see where we are on their scoring system.
