Great swimming WOD today. Thanks to everyone who put it together! 22:25 Rx'ed. Felt good to get back into the water. The second part was fun but next time we should get kettle bells since the plates floated a bit. Sorry I missed the gainers.
Also it was good to see James before he left.

Great work CFHSV Swim Team! Today's we swam a cummulatie 700m in honor of the initial swim on the crossfit games. This WOD was tough!

RX - 27:something

The bumper plate diving was also fun. 10 total plates 2 x 10, 15, 25, 35, 45lbs from the bottom of the 12 ft deep end. The bumper plates float a bit until they get to the surface. That was tougher than expected.
