25 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
20 Pull-ups

On the other hand, I went by the building today and found out that our move-in has been pushed back about another two weeks.... good old warehouse! We will have an grand opening one of these days.

They follow the mainsite, so today was Nancy. The coach wanted me to find a weight that I could do all 5 sets of the OHS unbroken. I went with 30 kg, and could have gone a little higher. I felt strong today.

15 OHS @ 30kg (=66lbs, 90lbs is rx)

Good post wod core workout.
