we had a great turn out last night for the New Balance shoe try-on! I hope you all enjoyed the opportunity to actually do a CrossFit workout with some low profile shoes before you bought them. We are going to be inviting these guys back in the next month or so on a Saturday. That way everyone can have a chance to come test out some new shoes and just have a good time.
Awesome work by the morning classes so far.
Today and yesterday's workout look about as cool as showering with your dad.

Everything unbroken, but I spent a little too much time resting in the later rounds

On a normal day I think I could have done a few more rounds, but hanging onto the bar was pure agony. My hands are shredded from the CTBs on Wednesday and I wasted alot of time whining about it.
A few of us were talking about this at 1130 class: For those that enjoy coffee creamer, coconut oil and coconut milk powder is a good substitute that keeps you on track with your paleo/zone diet...

Not a great number but for me it was a big win since this is my first time to do a WOD with CTB pullups as Rx'd. Wallballs and KB swings were unbroken but had to limp my way through the CTB's.
