I was mentally freaked out since the weight was a previous PR for me anyway, and my legs and shoulders were shaky. As a result, I bonked my head with the bar twice during the lifting attempts. I'm pretty sure it echoed throughout the box. I was done after that. 0+60 reps.

Did the 11.4 last night. Fundamentally the same problem with the weight I had last week on 11.3: part of the move was at PR less than 24 hours old, and part was 20#+ over PR.
At first I was kinda grumpy about all the burpees before trying to lift the bar, but in hindsight my score of 60 this week is asthetically more pleasing than last week's score of 1 even though the performances were essentially equal. :)

Burpee pace was perfect for me, but I missed a couple of OHS that cost me a ton of time. I'm considering this an improvement after last week's shenanigans with my wrist.
