Warm-up-
400m run, followed by 3 minutes of - 20 foot bear-crawl, 5 push-ups, 15 air-squats
Workout-
"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
Post rounds completed to comments.
Compare to 100101.
Cool-down-
spend 3 minutes on each shoulder with a trigger point ball, lacrosse ball, or racket ball.

I'm happy with the score considering I didn't KIP (Jake was a slave driver this morning). The whole volume training deal is certainly working for that goat.

Handstands are coming along well. Rowing felt like crap today. Kept a 1:31 pace on the first interval then went all to hell after that.

First time doing "Mary". HSPU were all strict and unbroken except for the last round I had to go 3+2. "Greasing the Groove" works.
And my hands are hamburger meat
