10 DB floor levers

then accessory work:
1 min AMRAP full body hands to feet sit ups (that's my own name for it :) ) 2sets: 38 & 27
2sets: 2 lat pull downs focussing on engaging lays first and pulling all the way through to the thighs @ 50#, 10 DB curl and reverse press@ 15#
nice way to start the day!

You know it. Anybody can do the powerlifting class. We don't do anything in that class that you haven't already done already in the usual CF classes, except we concentrate on the olympic lifts and don't do any real cardio. It's just weight lifting, but anybody who's going through the usual WODs can certainly handle powerlifting. Come check it out.

Jake got 2nd in his heat in WOD2! Only 2 in his heat finished within the time cap!! The 225# cleans got the best of a lot of them but Jake got through them! Awesome to watch!!

Competition is over for day 1. Jake did great on wod 2 and should move up quite a bit in the standings after that one. Looks like he placed 16th or so in WOD 2 overall! Very impressive! A full recap of day1 and more details to come!!
