B: 16:55, scaled to C2B vs the bar MU. Gave it the biggest kip I could muster, but just wasn't happening.
Mikey rocked that WOD, and saw George pop his first bar MU (stoked!)

WOD = 15:30 Had to scale all the pull-ups and bar muscle-ups to Strict Pull-ups. My shoulder could not handle the kip today. No excuses, just trying to be smart. I cannot resist this WOD as it is one of my favorite creations.
