WOD: Complete for time: 3 rounds of: 800m run rest 2 minutes After the 3rd 800m run without rest: Complete the following for time in any order and part ion as necessary: 50 Overhead Walking Lunges 45/35 plate (55 and over 35/25 plate) 50 hip extensions 50 ab-mat sit-ups unanchored 50 toes to bar Score = total time to complete everything minus 4 minutes of rest

Hey folks, CF Nomad is hosting their second annual Beat of the Valley Competition on May 31. www.facebook.com/events/718540724846071 There are scaled and RX'd divisions for women and weight classes for men. It's a mixture of CF and strongman.
