- Great warm-up Kodi! I absolutely enjoy working out wth these two studs! That wod was such a grinder! Having them on each side was such a driving force in completing that workout! Keep it up you animals!

WOD as RXd = 14:14 - It hurt, but starting to get used to the hurt at least a little bit again. Not sure if I like it or ready for all the hurt to come back yet.
