Just wanted to wish all our college age members good luck as many of them head back to school this week and next. We have enjoyed each and everyone of you all and will truly miss you! Keep up the hard work and drop in for a WOD when you are in town! Rebecca, Victoria, Collin, Ben, Murphy...we will miss you! To all our other college students who have already headed back to college....Hannah, Michaela, Meag, John, Adam...we hope you are all doing well at school! And to our very own John Hand, you sir will be greatly missed by our entire staff and CFHSV family!

All CFHSV athletes that participated in Last night's Throwdown. All of you were awesome. Last night is the exact reason we started the Throwdown. Your energy, pursuit to push yourself under extreme conditions and maintain high standards, in a friendly yet competitive environment, and to watch you learn and grow in the middle of a WOD is priceless for a coach to watch and lead. Once again Awesome Job. Gotta LUV CrossFit!

I went exactly 3 seconds slower and 10 reps less each round...weird consistency, would have rather gone the other direction.

Great having Josh G back this morning, I think it's been at least 2 years and a CF Football wod at "warehouse 2" since I had the pleasure of his coaching, welcome back dude!
