WOD: A. Bench Press: 3-3-3-3-3 E3MOM B. I went exactly 3 seconds slower and 10 reps less each round...weird consistency, would have rather gone the other direction.
Great having Josh G back this morning, I think it's been at least 2 years and a CF Football wod at "warehouse 2" since I had the pleasure of his coaching, welcome back dude!

Thanks for everything CFHSV. I can honestly say I feel I had some of the best coaching that prepared me for any workout at any box I go to back in Nashville. I can't thank all the coaches and community enough for a great experience. Hope to see you all soon!
