Kim is showing us the Goblet Squat to perfection! Can’t say enough good things about Kim the CrossFitter who has shown dedication and continued growth since joining. And Kim the person is a total treat to have at CFHSV. She’s kind and compassionate but also has a wit and humor that keeps ya on your toes. You rock!!

Kim is one of those athletes that when you take a step back and look at her journey, the gains in her fitness are truly remarkable. This woman has kept her head down and just worked — I mean really worked— and here she is, a strong, well-rounded athlete who is healthy, fit and still making gains! And she’s an absolutely lovely person, inside and out ?
