That’s what I’m talking about, synchronized wallball shots by the Coopers! Kaylynn and Daniel are two hard working individuals who make an awesome team. They’re both always friendly and easy to talk to, and they definitely make CFHSV a better place. Keep repping in synch, you two ?

Daniel and Kaylynn throwin down together! The Coopers came to CFHSV already CrossFit strong and fast and they keep growing in their fitness. The Cooper family have been a great addition as CrossFitters but more importantly as people. They both are always ready and willing to help and encourage those around them. Keep rollin!
