WOD: A. Jerk Training: Alternating between back rack and front rack for each set: 3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 E2MOM B. 2 minute Sprint AMRAPs: 5 barbell push-ups 5 deadlift 95/65 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 75/55) 5 hang power clean 95/65 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 75/55) 5 shoulder to overhead 95/65 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 75/55) rest 1 minute Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 cycles.
