Hey all, there is a new iOS app out for crossfitters called SugarWOD. It looks very cool and it's very social, ...and it's free. You can track your WODs and (if you want) post your results to the Crossfit Huntsville whiteboard (which won't get erased). I might make the switch from myWod.

29:29 scaled the box jump. 5:15 was only 4 strong so needless to say we got lots of encouragement from Nathaniel and John! Thanks for the push!!
