It's a given that Bryce The Rock brings it everyday but he also brings a humor and wit second to none. He once tricked me into showin him what a burpee was minutes before a wod despite having covered them during warm up. When I rose from my perfect burpee he stood with a sheepish smile and said 'thanks'.
