WOD: "Stout & Sprint DT" Complete 5 rounds total in single sprint sets of: 12 deadlifts 165/115 RX+ 195/130 (55 and over 125/80) 9 hang power cleans 165/115 RX+ 195/130 (55 and over 125/80) 6 push jerks 165/115 RX+ 195/130 (55 and over 125/80) Complete a full round as fast as possible, rest exacty 1 minute; repeat until all 5 rounds are complete.
