WOD: A. 1 power snatch to 1 OHS to 1 hang squat snatch EMOM x 4 minutes rest 3 minutes, adjust weights E2MOM alternating lifts: 1 power snatch - 1 hang squat snatch - 1 power snatch - 1 hang squat snatch - 1 power snatch - 1 hang squat snatch B.
