WOD: A. 15 minutes technique work on double unders and muscle ups B. B. 95 rx'd (PR). 30 rx'd reps better than the open last year. WBS = Joe's Mortal Enemy! I missed far less than last time but this is still a weakness of mine. :-(
Thanks Aaron and my beautiful wife for the tips on the WBS!

B. 125 (RX'd) - it would have been 130 but there was 5 "no reps" - much better than I imagined. I think I could have gotten 150 if "What Does the Fox Say?" was on repeat.
Now, granted being 'freakishly tall' my standing reach is nearly 9', but my femur is as long as your legs which means I have to squat that much further. So, Joe...being short does have it's advantages. But, my fave was being told "you are going to be in a lot of pain tomorrow!" I will take burpees and WBS any day over toes to bar (or in my case, knees to belly button!) Everyone says burpees suck, but no, burpees are one of the least sucky things!!

Considering this wod has come up in the previous 2 Opens I really hope it comes up this year because I have a date with those rings for 15+ MU's.
Great job 0600 and 0700. Since a lot of you have never done "Karen", this was 2 for 1. :)

So Rx was a big ZERO reps! But I still worked up a sweat. Hope to be back to normal box hours next week.
