Reminder: Starting today, we will be hosting the Open on Fridays at 915am and 515pm, Saturdays at 12pm, and Sundays at 1pm for the next 5 weeks. Our 915am, 515pm, and 615pm classes on Fridays will be canceled, as well as BBOLC over the next 5 weeks.

Believe it or not we have trained the hell out of all these movements and have done several Finisher’s like this in our training, so Believe in yourself and know you are as ready as you can be.

Thanks to Cody I needed the run through and picked up some good tips. My advice break them EARLY! My TTB go away quick so.
As far as C&J move at a good pace put a challenging weight on but one you know you can get fatigued.
