Jay N the house and about to go Sumo. Jay might be the most consistent person in the gym relative to being the same person each day. He’s always polite, courteous, easy, respectful, and he’s that way to everyone. He’s also been CrossFitting with us for a very long time now. He’s got great technique and form with the tougher high skilled barbell movements. I’ve always been jealous of how he moves. And he’s got great flexibility to help him as well. He’s basically everything I’m not and that I want to be. You’re the man Jay

Jay looking ready for lift off, focused and dialed in! This guy is truly as nice as they come. He’s soft spoken and easy going, always friendly and always smiling. He’s a hard working athlete who is incredibly consistent in his training, and he’s been putting forth that consistent effort for years. He’s also a smart athlete who isn’t afraid to take a step back and spend time focusing on form and technique. You’re awesome Jay, keep it up! 😃

Thanks for those kind words Nate! LOL.. about being everything you want to be! I often think the same about you. Your personality lights up the gym. You are always smiling and joking with us to keep moods light. Knowing you will be there to keep a light-hearted mood in the gym is one of the main reasons I have been at CFHSV for so long!
