Today's training. Speed Strength Stimulator. Five ground to overhead as fast as possible at 155 pounds in 16 seconds. 10 ground overhead in 28 seconds and five ground to overhead in 16 seconds
Strict press strength section got up to 155 pounds for two
Today's WOD with 150 m row and 250 m row in 17 minutes 54 seconds.
50 GHD situps as fast as possible complete, forgot my time.
