Jenny is locked in and locked out! Jenny hasn’t been with us long but she hasn’t missed a day since joining. She’s been kind, coachable, and brought a mean engine with her. Jenny and Joey have been a great addition to CFHSV. Keep showing up and way to bring the shoe game!

Jenny in the zone and putting in work. This lady has been a total joy since joining, and it’s been awesome to see her take to CrossFit so quickly. She moves great, works hard, shows up consistently and is always receptive to coaching. She’s already made gains across the board in all areas of her fitness, and I’ve got no doubt they’ll keep coming. Jenny and Joey are a great pair, and we’re thrilled to have them at CFHSV.
