TEAM WOD: In teams of 2, complete the following for time: 10 sets (5 each athlete) of 10 deadliest 95/65 -- must alternate each set, bar can never rest on the ground 20 sets (10 each athlete) of 5 thrusters 95//65 -- must alternate per set, bar can never rest on the ground 3k row -- performed in 500m intervals 10 sets (5 each athlete) of 5 hand release push-ups -- one partner holds plank while other does push-ups, partner must be in plank hold while the other does push-ups *penalty for setting down the bar is 5 burpees -- both partners perform at the same time, then they can commence with the workout REMINDER: Workshop tomorrow, Saturday 1/25 at 11am: Pistols, Headstands, and Handstand Walks
