Grr, :69 off my PR. Disappointing becaue this a fav but goes to show you the dynamics of CF. I feel like I've gained a lot of strength lately, sacrificed some cardio and maybe this week's wods had some effect on my output today. Arms got loaded almost immediately into the jumping pull-ups and it was a struggle to fight the burn from there on out...but loved every minute of it.
Great work 0600, everyone cut the cord and went deep into the pain cave!

Knees to elbow were the hardest part and then the burpees were just a grind.
