WOD: A. In 15 minutes, build up to an opening clean & jerk weight and warm up toes to bar, deadlift and snatch B. Open WOD 15.1, 15.1a last year was SO incredibly difficult for me. Those snatches. Lord. I'd never done a 75# snatch in my life before that WOD.

I am feeling like a superstar right now! I'll be strutting all day at work. :)
