One of the many things I love about CFHSV. Couples working out together!

Open WOD 15.1, 15.1a last year was SO incredibly difficult for me. Those snatches. Lord. I'd never done a 75# snatch in my life before that WOD.

Last year 1+25 Rx and 105#
This year 2+26 Rx and 110#

I am feeling like a superstar right now! I'll be strutting all day at work. :)
