Well would ya look at that! I've learned in my short time of doing CrossFit that it is 80% attitude and 20% physical, at least for me. It might not feel good in the moment, but the reward of seeing some progress sure does! thanks to all CFHSV coaches encouraging me to get better!

0500 enjoyed at rare summer morning of cool, dry air!
A: 135-155-175-185-135. Had some more in the tank, should have gone up at the end
B: 12:32 Rx+. The last two rope climbs were a little scary!
