Min 4 = Wallball Shots 20/14 to 10/9' MRX 20/10 to 9'

Min 5 & 6 = REST

Harris climbing high, with his eye on the prize. This guy knows how to work and he ain’t afraid of the grind. He sets up shop and doesn’t stop until he’s left it all out there. Harris is strong as an ox and skilled like a gymnast, and it’s truly fun to watch him when he’s in the zone. He’s a stud of an athlete and he’s a great guy too. Keep showing out, Harris! 😄

I may be a little bias but I could never say enough good things about this one. He motivates me inside and outside of the gym. Him stepping to the side to focus on his mobility and weaknesses while giving a lot of attention to past and present injuries these last few months just shows that he is smart about his overall fitness. Because of that, he will continue to advance in CrossFit and I cannot wait to see where it all leads. Keep grinding babe!

Harris don’t play! Climbing his way to the top and makes it look easy…he makes most things look easy. Harris is a natural fit for CrossFit. He’s explosive and he loves to put in work in and out of the gym. Harris has a lot of bulldog and fight in him and it’s always fun to watch attack a WOD!

Harris! Scaling that rope like Spiderman! There isn’t much this guy can’t do. Solid athlete that can float through gymnastics movements and also lift big weight! He is explosive and his bursts of energy are impressive! Always fun to watch him sell out and put up big scores!
