Achilles were very tight, so running looking more like yogging. I like the military situps - a lot harder than flailing my arms for crossfit situps.

28:30 scaled the DUs to singles BUT I did manage to string together 3 DUs during warm up! Yay Progress! Awesome motivation from Coach DB today!
