That WOD was ferocious! I finished 44:59 RX and completely forgot there was flexibility devopment due to WOD brain.

Finally, one day I went over to his house to see if he could help me work on my lawn mower. I hum-hauled around and then finally asked him how I could get a better lawn. He asked me a few questions about my unsuccessful efforts and then finally said, "Stop pulling weeds, keep planting seeds."
It is an awesome feeling to get a PR, learn and execute a new skill, or get a better score. But hardly anything beats the feeling of knowing that you have made some type of contribution to a person or organization that you hold in such high esteem.
I thank you all for planting seeds every day.
P.S. Today was a scheduled rest day. I gotta be ready for Saturday morning. #ttptb
