Like to make a public shout-out and kudos to JeremyM. The man enlists in the Army, then volunteers for the Ranger Regiment. He has seen combat in some of the craziest conditions imaginable, most of us (me included) cannot even fathom. He served honorably, comes home, takes a few years to figure civilian life again. But gets back on the horse, GOES TO COLLEGE and puts that G.I. Bill to use; earns a CIVIL ENGINEERING degree from UAH (!!) Working hard to raise his daughter. Always a smile and great attitude. A testament to what we as an American society hope for in our Soldiers as they re-integrate to 'normal' life.
And oh BTW: a great athlete and great CrossFitter. Proud to have know him and have my arse kicked my him regularly in the box. RLTW...

He's been a genuinely nice dude since I met him in elementary school!! And now he's a bad ass athlete, too. Great work on killing it in life in general, Jeremy!

Haven't seen this guy in a month. He worked out with me the entire last summer. It was just me and him. Lots of days where I just didn't want to work out and then here comes Jeremy. Pushing me everyday. Man I appreciate it Jeremy.
One thing that went down while working out with Jeremy was my speaking skills. I could never get a word in. Have a great day stud muffin.
