Tabata Goblet Lunges (alt legs)

Tabata Single Arm Kettlebell Shoulder to Overhead (switch arms ea 20 sec)

Dr. Nate told us that if we finished the workout we would have the Tabata Virus Vaccination. He did mention that we might have some side effects for 24-48 hours.
They included muscle soreness, joint pain, lower back tightness, overall fatigue, heartburn, nausea, indigestion, upset stomach and diarrhea. Hmm the first part of his diagnosis is correct, that last part may be from a commercial I saw.
