I loved hating this workout! Ray is a great bench partner, helping me throw up that beastly 125lbs :)

Dennis here's the website I was talking about: http://posturalrestoration.com Were we talking about the same thing? Jay Schug over at Austin Physical Therapy is into CF and follows this philosophy. My lower back and tight IT band are much improved from a few simple exercises! He's doing a clinic a week from Saturday over at Nomad, he said anyone was welcome.
