OPEN WOD 18.2 and 18.2A For Time With a 12 Minute Cap: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 Reps of: Dumbbell Squats 50lb/35lb Masters 55+ and Teenagers 14-15 35lb/20lb Bar Facing Burpees In the remaining time: Achieve a 1RM Clean *Scaled Athletes Ages 16-54: 35lb/20lb; stepping burpees allowed *Scaled Athletes Ages 55+: 20lb/10lb; stepping burpees allowed, jump over empty bar *Scaled Athletes Ages 14-15: 20lb/10lb; stepping burpees allowed REMINDER! We will be hosting the OPEN today at 915AM and 515PM. We WILL have childcare for both sessions. Our regular 915AM, 515PM and 615PM classes are canceled.

2. Gestalt theory: the whole is not equal to the sum of its parts. I bet this is going to be a heavy 70lbs.
3. Remember that time we used barbells in CrossFit? That was cool. I liked that.
