OPEN WOD 14.4 Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 14 minutes of: 60-calorie row 50 toes-to-bars 40 wall-ball shots, 20 lb to a 10'/14 lb. to a 9' (masters 55 and over 20/10 to a 9') 30 cleans, 135 lb./95 lb. (masters 55 and over 115/65) 20 muscle ups Reminder: We will be hosting the Open today at 915am and 515pm. The 515pm and 615pm classes are canceled.

I Ran through it today and decided a 3 min. row is OK
-Toes to Bar break up REAL early, don't go to failure
-Wall Balls if you're going to throw it up there make it count
-Cleans singles from the start saves grip for you studs getting to Muscle ups

TIPS:Game the row, killing it isn't worth it. Also, break up your TTBs into smaller sets at the beginning as they will be gone by #50. Kill the WBs, Kill the cleans (for the tie breaker). If you hae MUs, hold nothing back.
I finished with 184reps, or 4 muscle ups.
