The WOD tomorrow is 14.2 whether you are registered for the Open or not :). You just won't have a judge

Rx'd 137

Great wod! Watcing this last night, I was thinking I could get to the round of 18 reps. Warming up this morning I had to rethink it and shoot for getting to 144 reps. Now, I'm gonna lose sleep knowing I should have made it through 144. Choose your CTB Pull-up strategy wisely.

Being out of town and visiting another Crossfit Gym make you realize how excellent our Coaches are. Holding use to standards and giving that bit of encouragement during a WOD when we need it most.

Please expand on your C2B pullup strategy - what did you do and what would you do differently?

I'm gonna caveat this strategy with once it's 3-2-1-GO! and the first round is complete and the reality of the WOD sets in, this almost always goes to hell.

My plan was to break them up from the get go even though I know I can get more then 10 unbroken. I wanted to do descending partition of reps and in rounds 2 try to get higher reps in order to get thru faster and have more recovery time. Example would be:
10; 5-5
10; 6-4
12; 6-6
12; 7-5
14; 5-4-3-2
14; 7-4-3

I partitioned to much on the 12 reps this morning. Hope that helps, good luck!
