OPEN WOD 19.3

For time:
200-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge 50lb/35lb 14-15/MRX 35lb/20lb
50 dumbbell box step-ups 24"/20"
50 strict handstand push-ups MRX 5" rise
200-ft. handstand walk

Core Development

1 minute L-sit hang

30 banded/barbell good mornings

1 minute high plank hold

30 butterfly ab-mat sit-ups

1 minute low plank hold

We will be hosting The Open today at 915AM and 515PM!

We will have childcare for the 915AM session.

Our 915AM, 515PM and 615PM classes are canceled as well as morning Open Gym.

Heck yeah Amanda P! That’s levitation and a solid Chest 2 Bar. Amanda pushes herself to make gains and this pic proves it. She’s hard working in and out of the gym and holds it down for the Price House. Keep it up stud!

Dang! That's a picture perfect chest to bar if I have ever seen one! Amanda is such a hard working athlete, and she has made incredible gains in her strength, skills and overall fitness. She's sweet and friendly, but when it's time to throw down, she doesn't mess around. Keep killing it, stud :)

AP!!! Queen of my Double Wide Trailer!! Amanda is the best wife, friend, and mommy I could ask for. Always putting all she has into everything she does, and others ahead of herself. Making huge strides in the gym too, I’m so proud of her. I wouldn’t want to stumble through life with anyone else!!
