WOD: A. Back Squat: 8-6-4-2 E2MOM B. 4 sprint rounds for time of: 5 over the bar lateral burpees 15 power snatch 75/55 RX+ 95/65 10 OHS 75/55 RX+ 95/65 5 over the bar lateral burpees rest 2 minutes between each round "FINISHER" Immediately after last sprint round or at time cap: 6 minutes to establish a 1RM OHS from the floor REMINDER: We will be hosting The Murph Challenge this Saturday at 9am. All other classes on Saturday are canceled. We will be closed on Sunday 5/24 and Monday 5/25 in observance of Memorial Day.
