Never one to take the easy path in a WOD, that is Michael Little! And always got a smile and positive word for those around him. Good man.....

A: 135-145-155-155-155. A2G, 1sec pause at bottom.
B: 1+0 scaled. 55# for snatch, 75# for clean, all pull-ups were strict (burpee pull-ups, C2B, regular). My days of kipping pull-ups are pretty much over! (gotta respect that shoulder surgery)
