Congratulations CFHSV on an amazing showing of support and fundraising for our annual Barbells For Boobs event! Collectively, our CFHSV Team raised $9,142 from over 185 individual donations! Thank you for rallying around and supporting such an important cause!

Outstanding showing by CFHSV in the gym but more importantly a willingness to give! Here's to Amazing Grace for all those affected by breast cancer and hopes that this fight is won once and for all.

B: 1+0 scaled. 55# for snatch, 75# for clean, all pull-ups were strict (burpee pull-ups, C2B, regular). My days of kipping pull-ups are pretty much over! (gotta respect that shoulder surgery)

B. nursing a sore wrist so I did both rounds like the second is programmed with front squats/squat cleans/hang squat cleans -- first round at 95lbs, second round at 80lbs
