Great programming. This was "gut it out" wod from the get-go for me. After yesterday's deadlifts, my lower back was tight and on fire throughout, absolutely no relief. Settle in early and embrace the suck.

25:31 Rxed, Nice programming as TTB were shot after the situps. Took a cue from the crafty veteran and changed weights while resting on the situps and TTB.
