8 Ground to Overhead 95/65 MRX 65/45
10 Bar Facing Burpees
*scaled: 65/45, can step over bar on burpees
*MRX scaled: 45/35, can step over bar on burpees
We will be hosting THE OPEN today at 915am and 515pm! We WILL have childcare for the 915am session.
Our regular 915am, 515pm and 615pm classes are canceled as well as morning Open Gym.

Nicki pulling off the all American Russian KettleBell Swing! She’s spot on in form, attitude, and work ethic. She’s the total package and so glad she found CFHSV. Keep showin up and rockin and rollin!

B: E3MOM 5, 3, 2 PC 115, 135, 155
C: 4 x 1:30 25 Jump rope, 5PC @115 and as many sit up reps in remaining time
15, 13, 17, 21, 30 rest
3 minutes rest
D: 3 x 1:30 6 DL@205, 8 BoxJ (24) and as many bar facing burpees in remaining time
