205# and 7:14 (I think) Rx'ed .Dropped the bar 4 times including once out of habit. Great coaching Dennis. It was great to get up early enough to catch a pop-in by the one and only Jake. It was great to see you!

Mt Sano 15k State Championship
Finished 6th overall, 2nd in my age group. 1:02:07. Great fall race. Bummed I missed a Jake sighting.
