Awesomeness at it’s best. Glad this power couple is back from their voyage and continuing their CrossFit lifestyle. Michelle and Jeff are full of love, fun, explorations, and honesty. They both shoot ya straight with some honest humor and they’re always looking out for others. There’s a reason people love them and respect them. Jeff and Michelle have been CrossFitting a long time and it suits them well and we’re lucky they call CFHSV their box. Stay after it you two 💙

That’s a power couple right there! Jeff and Michelle are awesome individuals, but together they certainly make one heck of a team. They are both easy going and full of wit and humor. They love to laugh and joke, and everyone who knows them loves them. They’ve got years of CrossFit under their belt, and we are so proud to have them at CFHSV.
