E2MOM Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1 getting as heavy as possible B. 5 rounds for time of: 5 DL 275/175 10 burpees Powerlifting: A. bench press 1x5 @70%, 1x3 @75%, 1 x max reps @85%, rest 3minutes between B. snatch and clean & jerk, 3x1 @95%, rest 3 minutes between C1. 3x10 strict DB press, rest 30 seconds C2. 3x10 reverse hypers, rest 30 seconds
