The 4:15pm, 5:15pm and 6:15pm classes are canceled.

We will NOT have afternoon childcare for the 3:15pm class.

My man Robin fighting! He’s tough as nails but kind and thoughtful too. Robin has been with us a while now and he’s made gains but more importantly he’s maintained. Robin knows when to go heavy and when to go light. He knows when to sell out and when to play it smart. He’s become a well rounded and smart athlete. I always enjoy seeing, talking, and joking with Robin. We share a love of old school rides and I love checking out the parking lot when he pulls up cause there ain’t no tellin what he’s driven on any given day. Keep reppin and stay classic dude!

Man, this is a cool shot of one cool dude, fighting for that rep with nothing but pure grit! Robin is a true individual with his own charisma and charm. He’s friendly and outgoing, and he brings a special kind of energy with him every time he shows up to throw down. He’s strong and moves a barbell with ease, but he trains smart and isn’t afraid to pull back when needed. He’s fun and easy to talk to, too. Always a good day when Robin walks through the door. Keep after it, dude! 😃

Good to see that intensity from one of the seniors of CFHSV! As everyone is probably aware, today (28 October) is 1st Responders' Day nation wide. On Sunday the 30th, our church service will be dedicated to our local 1st Responders. I want to invite all CFHSV 1st Responders to join us on Sunday 10:30 at Calvary Baptist Church, 126 Douglass Rd in Harvest. Everyone is welcome.
