Shea slang’n that dumbbell like a hatchet on the farm. Shea makes the drive, makes the effort, and makes the 6am what it is. She’s been at it for years and she’s the same person every day and that’s hard to do. Shea is hard working in and out of the gym and brings a ‘can do’ attitude with an edge and some fun. Always enjoy seeing Shea go harder than she wants and throwing some well timed jokes in along the way. Keep doing all you do in and out of the gym Shea cause you rock!

Shea looking all business, moving steady and looking strong! Shea’s outgoing personality and quick wit always adds a boost of energy to the early morning class. She’s a super hard worker in the gym, and I always love hearing how she utilizes her CrossFit gains outside of the gym, too. She’s funny, honest, and is always surrounded by a group of friends. CFHSV has truly improved my life. I'm a better person, a stronger farm hand and so much more confident in my every day life!

I've met amazing people and made some lifelong friends.
