Blake looking strong and putting in work! This dude is a natural athlete who trains hard and smart. He knows how to approach a WOD to get the right stimulus and intensity without sacrificing form and technique. He’s funny and likes to laugh, and always adds a little humor to any class he attends. He’s a solid individual, and he happens to be a member of one of my favorite families of all time! Keep it up, Blake 😄

Blake doin big things with that KB! My man Blake is a top notch guy. He’s a natural athlete and he brings that athleticism to the gym daily. He knows how to work hard, bring the intensity, and most importantly he’s in it for the long run…he’s smart. Always enjoy seeing Blake and sharing stories and laughs before he redlines in a WOD. He’s got a great family that I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and growing up with my whole life and Blake is a perfect fit.
