Kept the rows around a 1:55 pace and the thrusters unbroken.
Didn't remember doing this one before, but my log says I did it in 15:59 in January.

Tickets are available for advance purchase or at the door ($12 adults, $8 kids, $1 military discount). Shows are Friday (7pm), Saturday (7pm), and Sunday (2pm).
While you are there, keep your eye out for our little 8 yr old blondie! Sara-Kate is super excited and will be in Act I,IV as young "Clara" and Act III as a snowflake.

Ran 2 trips around the island. If I recall correctly, "The Matrix" 400m was whiteboard, 2 island laps, back to whiteboard. An 800m was 5 laps around the island starting at the door. No? So, I guess the runs were somewhere near 400m.

New gym is beautiful. It is weird having a nice view and actual sunlight inside of the gym.

I'm still recovering from a pulled hip flexor, so I went a little light today. I kept the rows around 2:00.

Felt slow out of the bottom on the thrusters, and missed several due to not locking out. Not very happy with this one.

10 135# squat clean; 20 pushups; 30 135# deadlift; 40 double unders; 50 1.5 pd kb swings; 60 situps (unanchored); 70 squats.
Good all around workout.

Did this one as rx'ed, but probably should have scaled the weight. I was out of steam by the second round and dragging the whole way through. Not all of the thrusters were full locked out over head. A rough one to shake the weekend off. :)
