Warm-up: POSE running drills followed by 10 minutes of practice on the deadlift. Not thrilled with this output, but I guess considering my knee issues with running, I couldn't ask for more. I keep waiting on those injections to start showing their worth.
On the other hand...
Way to go Mandee on her muscle-up this morning! Just awesome to watch!

Went with a manageable weight so I could focus on form since I'm always a "back rounder" when it comes fast & heavy DL's. Gus, I wish you were at every class! Hearing you every time I rounded that last 400m curve just motivated me to move my legs a little bit faster. You are awesome!
And congrats, Mandee! We all heard the awesome cheer when we were warming up. Wish I could have seen it.

Finally had a chance to do Friday's Wod. 500m on C2 @ 1:55, 1:53, 1:56, 2:00. I've been struggling with consistancy..so I was pretty happy with that.

my previous PRs were 225, and 185 with 50 lb chains. So this is still a PR, but not much of one.
My quads were blasted from tabata squats or I might have been able to do a little better.
