For those looking for a time/place to log some low-key running miles, do so in a very social setting with aid-station support, this is a great venue. The runs happen every Tues evening through the summer, lots of great folks of all differing running levels out there logging some miles and BS’ing.

We start with a 1-mile run at 6:30pm, then a 3-mi run at about 6:45pm, then finishing with a 2-mi run at about 7:15pm. You can complete all three or just the ones you look; everything is flexible. Powerade and water provided at the entrance to the park. See you there!

PR by 20 lbs. Committed to squat cleans the entire time, but realized at the higher weight that I was catching and riding down a few inches to squat depth which was hurting my thrust upward. Form broke down at 205, but now I know where to focus next time I go heavy.

PR for Clean & Jerk connected (hit 125 for a PR on just the clean two weeks ago, and hit 125 as a PR for split jerk at the split jerk workshop). I was happy to be able to put them together.
Had a major mental block when I tried to go heavier for some reason.
